Step 6: Your browser will attempt to relaunch Zoom, now authenticated using your UNI Google account information. Remember to check the box for remember me for 30 days. Step 4 Enter your CatID login information and click Login. Enter your UNI email address and click Next. Either enter your email address and password you used to sign-up, or choose one of the log in methods listed to the right, which include Single Sign On (SSO), Google, and Facebook. However, if you aren't logged into your UNI Google account already, you may need to follow these steps in order to successfully authenticate to the Zoom web conferencing software. If you are already logged into your Google account in the default web browser on the computer you are trying to access Zoom from, then you should be taken right into the Zoom application interface. If you previously logged in to the Zoom application through another Zoom domain (e.g., or a personal account) and you cannot log in, complete the following steps: Click your profile picture or icon in the Zoom application and select Sign Out. Click Sign in found in the lower right corner of the application window. This process now requires the use of your Duo second factor in order to successfully authenticate. After installation, open the Zoom mobile app on your device. The University's Zoom licensing requires us to authenticate to it using our UNI Google accounts.
